![]() Ridley Scouting looks at the Future High School Football is a great way to spend a fall evening. Do yourself a favor and go find yourself some Friday Night Lights action near you. These kids play to the final whistle regardless the score on the board, there's no hold outs or trade demands or prima donna press conferences. Ok sometimes there are prima donnas, they have quarterbacks in high school after all, but they don't hold press conferences in their driveways. Each year 750 players get recruited into the CIS system. That's an average of 30 players joining each Canadian school every fall. There are also 35 to 50 players a year that look to the United States to continue their career in the sport they love. Ridley Scouting has created The Top 100, a look at the top one hundred high school football players in the Class of 2012. We went through thousands of players and their highlight reels. We talked to coaches and members of the media from Vancouver Island to Nova Scotia and compared notes. If you feel that you've been overlooked feel free to submit your highlight reel. This year we have created the Top CEGEP List and the Top Small School List that will come out with our second edition during the Bowl Season.
