Lumberjacks 2006-2007 Schedule
Lumberjack Roster

Alpena last won the Michigan Community College Athletic Association title in 1959. Last season they were 3-9 in conference play and 9-15 overall. Alpena opened their 2006-2007 season with a road game, single point loss in Sault Ste. Marie against Algoma University College of the OCAA November 6th. Next action for the Lumberjacks is November 17th in Port Huron in the East/West Tournament. They'll get a chance for revenge against Algoma Dec. 2nd at the ACC tournament.

As senior at George MacDougall Senior High School in Airdrie, Alberta; Josh became a four year Mustang. Josh is a mix of the 2 and 3 position with a good handle. He can be trusted to bring the ball up court as well as push the fast break off a rebound. Over the past four years he has really worked on his vertical and quick first step, very improved from his freshman year. His rebounding has improved each season and corrals many long rebounds that most players over react to. Earns most of his minutes as the defensive player on the floor. He works hard to keep the opposition's top players off the scoresheet.
