Coach Harle was named Dinos head coach in July 1994. Since then she has built up a model Canada West program that is always in contention for the CW Title. She has been named Canada West Coach of the Year twice (1996 and 2000); won a conference title in 2001; took home CIS Silver Medal (2000) and CIS Bronze Medal (2001). In addition Coach Harle is the only Level V certified coach in the NCCP program in the country. As a player she won two CIS Championships with the University of Victoria.
