Jesse Mills is a three time provincial champion that is coming off of another great season with the Citadel Phoenix. During the summer he was the starting quarterback for Team Nova Scotia at the Football Canada Cup. He had a great series of games there. He was the highest rated QB for the tournament and impressed many with his strong arm. |
